Eligibility Criteria

She Returns is open to women who:

  • Have taken a career break, for maternity, caregiving, health, education, entrepreneurship, or personal reasons.
  • Have experience in hospitality or any other relevant industry.
  • Are motivated to restart and fast-track their career journey.
  • Are open to upskilling and continuous learning.

There is no minimum or maximum prior experience required, every professional story matters.
