Responsibilities

  1. Proper usage of CRM & CRS.
  2. Login to Convox to Handle Incoming and Outgoing calls
  3. Proper documentation of guest data.
  4. Follow up all the enquiry with proper note.
  5. Conversion Ratio (2:1).
  6. Make all marketing offer calls.
  7. Call missed call leads and convert them.
  8. Productivity Report (Monthly Report)

Achieving target with all parameters:

  1. Occupany
  2. Maintaining ARR
  3. Room nights.

Maintaining Reports:

  1. Daily sales reports Flash report, Convox call report
  2. Enquiry reports

To maintain high standard of professional behaviour at office with:

  5. Completing the sales process assignment allotted by team as per requirement.
  6. To make a document of all the process related to sales assigned.
